How to fix Mini map warp

if i login with ID grade 0 i can not create character.
if i login with ID grade 240 i can create character but i can warp in the mini map
how can i fix it but i can not use GM comm...

trurhly u need to fix gameguard which isnt good way if u doesnt understand C++
