Login problem

Hi guys i am luca ;) i apologize right now for the grammar but i am italian :p
I don't know if i am in the right section but i am new in the forum..
So, i have a problem with the login in game..i login with the game id and the id password but it says "account name or password invalid"...
i created several (about 10) game accounts but i meet the same error with every account...is there anyone who can help me solving this problem??

It's a common issue, you need to create a game account for the italian version if you want to play on the Italian server and you need to install the Italian game client.
