Billing server,C17 and C10 Error

Hello ePvP people, (C17 ??? no no sorry it's C7)

We opened a 110 CAP vsro files Silkroad Server...
Our db is ready, our edits are ready but we have 3 errors..

1- C7
2- C10
3- Billing server is dead..

I know billing server is a error of ISS..
But we could not come to overcome this errors..
I would be glad if anyone to help us..

Make Sure all your Info is correct in the C:\inetpub\wwwroot\ DBConnect.asp file

These errors are because your Shardmanager is failing, and shard manager will fail mostly because of your billing server, which leads you back to IIS, or as said in the previous comment, check your DBConnect.asp
