[Not Apply For Parca Spawn Town I Need Draco Spawn Town]

Heal <--- When You Click On It . Your HP And MP And Shield Will Be Full Again

When I Go Jail And I Want To Pay For Down My IP . I Dont See Anything
On The NPC .... Can You Help Me How To Fix That NPC ???
