Ask client to modify tool

I want a rappelz8.1 client import and export of modifying tool, which eldest brother can send me one?:)

I think the closest translation we'll get is something along the lines of "I do not know a lick of English... and google translate is my hobby....", or maybe it's "I would like an application that can unpack and repack the DATA files in the client, as well as modify the RDBs, if someone could make one for me so I can leech it...." Either translation sounds about right.... 50/50 maybe?

what there asking is where can i get a tool to import and export 8.1 rdb and files?
there currently isnt a public one wait a bit and one will be released
or use the resources provided learn c++ or c# and make one is always another option
