question about banned acc

if you have a banned acc in elitepvp and you make a new one would that be banned aswell after some time cause of multiple accounts?

also if you are banned for other reasons besides scamming can you maybe make that acc get unbanned? for example multiple accounts or anything else

If your getting banned with the Reason "Scamming" all your following accounts will get a ban.

If it's a perm ban, then you can. Temp bans, you cannot make another account.
If you have been banned and you don't think it's justified, then go to the complaint area.
