[Help]Static ip doesn't work

hii all my problem with static ip i done every thing said in
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

but when i open ' CustomCertificationServer ' i get this
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

this is my setting

i tried both the Gateway IP and DNS(from router) in the DNS server field
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]




what's wrrong , what should i do to fix this problem? , BTW hamachi ip works good and some friend told me to remove it and i did but the problem is the same _

41.130.*.* must be on IP address line not 192.168.1.3 :)
and on 41.130.*.* put 192.168.1.3 (switch places)
Also.. this can't be a real DNS server :D
