I edited the actual spanish emulator to an english release.
I know, I'm not pretty good in english. So, if you find a mistake notify me.

if you get an error that i cannot be found do this

open start.bat and delete all and put this :

It's because I placed the sQL library out of the shooteram.jar in the lib folder.

You must unzip all files! And have this:
