Try finding the location it is in and delete it. 0..0
If that fails go and disable the permissions it has on your computer.

I think its iexplorer.exe virus. How can i remove this ? i already did a antivirus scan.

Delete internet explorer? Cause iexplorer.exe is that. Give it a whirl, cause iexplorer was causing me problems too, so i simply removed Internet Explorer.
