too much lag and low english on staff

I think Server location at Japan ,Lag at ur country but Asia playerz it ok.I think GM Final Notice from Malaysia or Indonesia. 4 now nothing special in this server,
Most of GM very Friendly.The owner need to at something different to attract more playerz to play in this server. Try to play Thai cabal (EXCiTE CABAL,this server very lag 4 playerz outside Thai,but good example,4 something different from other server)
GOOD LUCK to server owner.
Now playing CASTLEVANIA n EXCiTE CABAL. WS hard to leveling I don't know how to reach LV600 I think need 4 years to reach that level:):)
