We're proud to announce the launch of the first public server of WarZ, named DeadZ, A team of 14 or so developers from various countries and places have worked very hard for a month now to make this happen, and we're proud to finally release it.
Open Beta Info.
We have added a lot of new content while the servers were down, however, not all of the features are ready for release as of today. We strive for quality and do not like releasing unfinished material, thus, the skills system had to be delayed.
Expect some major updates that will feature those aforementioned postponed features as the Open Beta progresses.
Patch log:
**Items & Shop**
- There are over 50 items added into the game. They range from placeable blocks, to new guns, to new consumable items.
- DeadZ Dollars are now the only method of purchasing items ingame.
- Car objects have been added. There is one per map. Can you be the first to find it?
- GC was removed from the game,
- Marketplace prices have been adjusted to account for the removal of GC.
- More types of blocks have been added as placeable objects in the game. Expect farming blocks to have a new purpose in open beta...
**Website**
-Our official website is now online, it is the only method of registering a new account.
-You may now purchase DeadZ Dollars on the website for cash.
-You may now manage your account on the DeadZ website.
**Cheaters**
-A number of dupe exploits have been fixed that were reported in closed beta.
**Skills**
-The skill window now functions, but does not show the proper skill descriptions. Expect these to be implemented in open beta!
-You can start gaining EXP for when these skills are implemented now.
**Anti-Cheat**
-Loading times improved

When launching the game, it will be slow and might take for some minutes to load. This is because of our Anti-Cheat system.
