With this guide, a variety of extremely rare accounts can be made (that have been taken already). Some examples of the accounts I made are:

Similarly, YOU can make as many rare accounts as you wish.

1)Choosing a Name
Now most of you will say, �Hey I can get rare accounts, I�ll take Zezima!�
This is not possible because this trick only works on accounts that have been inactive for 6 months. But don�t worry, most of the really nice names haven�t been logged into for years together!
People recently have already taken most of the 1 letter accounts using this method,

2)Now, prepare a list (use notepad or whatever) of all the accounts you desire.
Now that you have finished making a list, go to [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
At the left column, you�ll see a link �Recover Lost Password�. Click this.
Now, from your list, choose an account and enter. Choose �I forgot my password.�
You�ll see a screen where you have to input all the information about the account. Check if there are options for �Answer to Recovery Question 1�, �Answer to Recovery Question 2�, etc. If it says that, we know that the recovery questions were NEVER set. This greatly increases your chances of getting the account.
Regardless of whether recovery questions are present or not, select the �I never set recovery questions� option
For the old password, put whatever you wish. I personally put �please�, �help�, and �me�.
For the password, put the password you want it to be
For the place where it asks you how long it has been since you logged in, write 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 years (doesn�t really matter much)
Now the important part, the explanation!

Explanation

3) The Explanation is one of the most important steps. In this box, you have to write a �letter� to Jagex saying that you made this account a long time ago, and that you forgot the recover answers (if any) and your old passwords, and that you have moved, etc.

I made this account a terribly long time ago during the time of
Runescape Classic. I am surprised to see it very different now. So,
I have decided to start playing again. Sadly, I do not seem to remember
the old password. Please help me by getting my account back. My IP undergoes major changes since my father gets job orders in different countries.

disease)I have moved multiple times from the UK and USA, so I am not sure about the IP.

Final Step

After everything is filled out, your next steps is to hit submit
They WILL say that you haven�t provided enough information. It SHOULD happen
Hit continue
Note down the tracking number in the document where you made a list of accounts to try
Activate the tracking by entering it
After a bit, go to the �Track a Recovery� option on the runescape main page.
Enter your tracking number
Cross your fingers =)
a. Accepted? Congrats! The password you put in would be the first password of the account, and the recovery questions may be set!
b. Pending? Have patience! It�ll be resolved soon.
c. Declined? See what they asked for. Old password or IP? Depending on this, modify your explanation. (Note:Try at different times of the day, some of the Jagex staff people are really snobbish)
There you are! Go make tons more accounts! There�s no limit. You can send as many requests as you want at the same time.
Go ahead sell your rare accounts for millions!!!!!
