Help With Trainer Please

Would anyone be kind enough to help me put speed hack into a trainer? I have all the other hacks I need into it, I'm just unsure of how to do the speedhack. I've seen a trainer with it already, and I actually used it, but it didn't have everything else I needed... So PLEASE if you can help, do so.

No speed hacking works perfect... Vac hack causes crash sometimes when you overload the client... thats bout it.. anyways, i really need to learn how to put speed hack in =/

I deleted the one i had w/ it, cuz it had a virus, but it did work...

I swear thats all you people on these forums can say is "use search" when what I'm asking there is no post about... Find me a post that has the answer to that and prove me wrong... 99% chance you cant. Yet, all ya do, without even seeing if theres anything about it, you say "search for it" and that does not help at all.
