Yahoo Messenger Bot and Anti Bot

Guys Please help me and give some tips to avoid anti bot

in yahoo messenger and some links for booting yahoo messenger

i get very angry when some people doing me this :mad:

Uninstall Yahoo Messenger.
Use ICQ or MSN or other Clients like QIP.
QIP has a nice anti spam System.
