[Project] Star Galaxy [DO CLON based in files by Elieaz]

Hi EPVP, as you all know very recently have taken a file to have all our own private server dark orbit but has many bug, so I'll be working on improving the emulator and the game and will I need testers, so I'll upload in this issue images and videos as you progress through the project.
