Boosting Silver IV - Gold V

Hi, i got pretty much mistakes, and i cant get out of this anymore.. i guess i saw all.. Gp ap mid, Swain 50 cs in 40 mins 1-13.. im pretty tired of this shit.. so im looking if someone with good heart, can help me to take at least Gold V..
