I 'm on EU-West.
I started playing LeagueofLegends after Beta and I think I m a good player/booster.
I boosted several Accounts already in the last weeks.

Gold 3-1 30€ per Division
If u get less than 5 points for a game i take extra tax from 2€ per game
And I do take vouchegames, but that means i will not play duo queue with u on those vouchegames, ill paly solo on ur acc, i will end games in 20 minutes.
Only accept Paypal.
And dont accept Duo queue games.
If u are interested just add me in Skype for more information and feel free to ask me any question you have.
