Premium added --> donīt work

Hello,
I made a new Premium because the others all have at max +5% stats.
I can already drop and pick it, but if i activate it the client crashes..so it must be anything with Media, because the gameserver donīt crash.
Could you help me to find my mistake? here are the codes:

Should be enough as a hint
And befor eu ask for a decrypter, check the attachment. Be sure to scan the file before unpacking it.

You will have to use it in order to edit skilldata_xxxxENC.txt, in the normal (unencrypted) skilldata even if you put skills they wont work.. the files that "work" with the skills are :
