Why do you want to be moderator?
The main reason why I want to be moderator here and not anywhere else is the extremely nice comunity.I never sticked to a forum as much as I sticked to here.
I feel I can do more for e*pvp,and that`s going to the next level:moderating.
It would be my pleasure to help the members here,and also I think it`s a great chance for me to improove my managerial and social skills.So it`s a win-win probably :)
How much experience do you have with the issue from the forum you apply for a moderator job?
I have been moderating my own forums,and also a linkmania mod assistent(linkmania is a well-known romanian gaming & social life comunity).So I have average moderating skills.Also I can easily detect spam and other inconveniences owing to beeing a forum-guard from some time now.
Do you have enough time to visit the board averaged two days and to take an interest in the forum?
Yes I do.Every day,I`m on for at least 4-5 hours on my PC ,and visiting e*pvp in that time.Also reporting in silkroad-online section.In the weekends ,more or less,I am still active on the site.
Do you took part there before you sent your application?
No,because I never managed to get my own server working,and I couldn`t be active there.Although I have some plans for Counter-strike and Dekaron :)
Do you have a lot of patience with questions which you think are very stupid?
Yes I do,I had many requests from newbie users and I think I handled them properly.Also,I don`t think questions are stupid,questions are meant to be answered.
Can you act well in general with other human beings?
Yes,I`m a sociable person,friendly and willing to help most of the time.You can ask my friends:)
Did you ever operate as an moderator before?
As I said,I did.A pretty big comunity site and some own forums.
I`ll add some +`es to my application:
-persuasive
-open-minded
-willing to learn
Beeing a member for almost 2 years,I really feel I need to give something back in exchange to e*pvpers.
Ofcourse I will take this job seriously and no more kind of past problems(sharing accounts) will happen.
