Problem with GlobalManager [VSRO files]

I start: 1. Certification 2. GlobalManager and have:
Problem:
fatal cannot occupy db session : update _Shard set nStatus = 0, nCurrentUserRatio = 0 where nID = 64 2013-03-22 01:50:53 466
fatal cannot occupy db session : select * from SK_SilkChange_BY_Web 2013-03-22 01:50:54 465
Pls help me =(

If nothing is wrong there won't be any errors, so there is something wrong and because certification is responsible for the connection between database and server modules (or it has to be :D ) your errors come from there. Check if database names password or servers are correct :)
