just copy and paste that file into your resource folder click replace and delete and viola, kts is now in english

How do I create an account there?

you need to be a korean resident now, need a kssn (korean social security number) and a valid phone number in korean to register. so only way to make an account now is if your korean and live in south korea, which im guessing you are neither as you wouldnt need to ask that question if you were.

tldr want an account? you need to find someone with accounts for sale
