Go to SMC -> SR_UserEdit -> Char Stat. -> query dat charname and change.
Other way
Go to Database -> SRO_VT_SHARD -> _Char -> Find the char -> Edit it

You're bored of searching in _Char to find charname?
Use this query:
USE [SRO_VT_SHARD]
select * from _Char where charname16 like 'type the charname here'

Do you want to find a better way?
Download EvaTools -> Characters[tab] -> Edit character
