2nd reborn effect

hello everyone can someone tell me how does the 2nd reborn effect work.

if i am correct its a client part right, there is no source part for that.

like how every 10sec the light go on you. i was searching for source part found nothing, anyone got any idea how does this system work?

When u login the CharacterInfo packet 1005 with offset (i dont remember what was it) = 2 then the Character is 2nd Reborned so u can see the Aura Around urself but others cant unless u updated ur Spawnpacket offsets
