HELP!!how to log in to rohan PH using proxy di kasi ako maka log in.

Help plss im using proxy to be able to connect to internet. i nid a philippines proxy to log in to rohan PH suddenly the philippine proxy that im using got down.how can i log in to rohan PH using foreign proxies.. plss someone help me!!!
