DarkOrbit p-Server Help

Hey guys!
I'm trying for weeks to get my p-Server running but i always get the same problem.
Here the problem:
I have all swf files including swf, xml and php (maybe wrong contents!? idk)
I host the server with xampp (apacha, php).
Now I open the "website" in my browser ([Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] ).
It says loading in yellow font, but the main swf isn't even loaded by the preloaders.
In apach access file i just see that it called the file flashAPI/loadingScreen.php.
Well, idk which content it should have but i think this is the problem, isn't it?
If i change settings back to BigPoint servers everything works fine, but on my local server it doesn't.
There must be something wrong with the php file or i am missing any other files?

Dude, it's not with only swf file you will make a Private server. After that, you will need to bind a socket to the client. If you don't know how to do that, don't even try to make a private server.

i know how to do that :p

So why do you want help? Someone who can code a emulator for DO know how to use swf.
