how to do fast skilling

hi all,did anyone knows how to do skilling at high efficiency?what is the fastest way to skill?thx for sharing...

lvl hack,stack rings,ur dmg goes to minimal,use no cooldown and spam :D

except if you're on EU cabal. then just go get a bot.
