Windows 7 Problems

Hi.
I have managed to launch Aion on win 7 32 bit but there is a little problem after i log in and select the server the screen froozes and it closes the game.
Any solution?

i have already installed that fix without it i can't even start the game. it closes after i loged in and choosed the server ingame.
