Account Hack

Hello,
Some one hacked my DO account ... can someone help me to get it back.

That would be a no. If you message support, they're going to say it was your responsibility to manage your credentials. And no one will or probably can hack it back for you.

1. keep contact with support
2. Make a complaint with the police about this, let them put everything on paper, also ask them for a ID COPY :)

well, nice post, but steps you have writen in this post did not helped me, when I lost 2 accs.
1.I contact support, and they said it is my problem, and they can not help me,
2. In some countries you can go to Police, but in many others, you are big fool if you go to police

I don´t want to be rude, I really hope so that they will give him back his acc, but maybe it would be better if he buy another acc, or maybe change game ;)

Well in my country the police laughed theyre ass off , they asked me why i came to report this to them, that they could not do anything .. I know? Why the hell we have police if they dont stop internet crime .. :s
But anyways Support told me also that it was my problem, But thats why i said you have to keep contact.

You should rather ask them what do i need to do to get my account back? Then Give me my account back bla bla, i got hacked etc etc.

They are not monsters, they do what they got told to do.
Procedures, if you give up after 1 email they wil know you are not the right owner of the account.

But anyways, my account was top10 before i got hacked, may be diffrent.. But anyways, Hope he gets his account back to..


well, i tried these steps, and got my account back , not the stuff they sold, or the points i lost thanks to the hacker. Just the account..

If you can prove you are the account owner... BP will always give you your DO account back.
Dont listen to nabbs.

Just dont say something like "I gave my friend my password and he changed it... He hacked me"
What you just did is told them you broke the rules and not to give you your account back.

Be smart, say you were key logged.

People need to use common sense here...

A saying I learnt even as a child - If at first you dont succeed, try, try again....

When I lost my acc and BP were nt interested, I gave them my IP, name, paypal details, former email address, former passwords... etc.... within 1-2 days I had my account back.


How do you think scammers manage to sell their accounts, then get them back?

same here, but i actually told them diffrent story, i was talking with someone who add me on skype, 5 min later acc gone ..

Keylogger? Hmm, i would rather say a story like my story then the keylogger story, but well if it works it works^^

As this was more or less answered, I'm going to close this. There isn't much you can do, apart from the above. You will have to contact DO Support.
