Is there any Copyrights in the making of a Rappelz P-Server (8.1)

Sure there are, did you think all this was OK to do?

All of the copyrights of the game software at this time are owned by the developers Gala-labs purchaser of NFlavor.

If they somehow find out you are running a server you will get a cease and desist order.

That's why you can not forget the important step of the hosts file.

How are all of these servers running then?

Because Gala is lazy, and most servers aren't worth trying to close.

So there is no risks because Gala Lab is too lazy?

There is always a risk.

They would just shut your server or you would have to pay

They would shut down your server.

very often servers sutting down if its admins advertising pserver on official servers.
if you won't do this, there is less risk to get banned by your hoster

In germany they are checking facebook pages too

because the smart ones use russian or other non extradition hosts who dont honor us copyright laws not to mention most people pull when they recieve a cease and desist order. not realising that unless its a us host which will actly pull site,host or internet connection . out of country hosts dont act on it as galanet talks a big game but korea doesnt honor laws outside there own country so would relie on a 3rd party host to sue you like gpotato which normally doesnt go farther then a few cease and desist orders like happened with me and my old luna plus server i had a host in canada in the end tho luna wasnt part of gpotatos hosting package anymore so i had no issues

also nflavor didnt make a big deal of rappelz unless your current version there using and you surpase the actual daily player count they have then your a threat to there business
