hmm...when i run launcher from this game private server....

for run launcher just click ok if message box(2) appear...until the launcher come out..

its attach that IP...that exe its packed with ASPACK 2.12....then i unpacked it with program unpacker ASPACK 2.12...i got this exe...

then when i took to Ollydbg and search what it attach...it attach device.sys on that folder...then attach server.ini...like code that i post earlier...

I dont realy get what you want, know what crypto is used ?
Without reversing we cant realy help as you just show us some encrypted bytes ;)
Which could be more or less anything.
As you allready know where it is written, just trace the data back to the creation and look at the math, then you will knew more.
If its just about altering this data, look where the data is translated and replace it there
Or another cheap way, just hook the the winsock api function(i guess they use them :P ) and replace the ip there
