Filter the items you don't want to pick, mark them - right click and don't pick. Then save the settings.
But why wouldn't you want to pick sox?

Sox items are forced to be picked . You can not deselect this option .Quote:

Nope you can disable it, at least I did it once.

The option is actually called something like
Always Pick Rare Items
And it does indeed override normal picksettings.
The easiest part might be opening the config file itself and search for it in there using CTRL+F...

I guess there is no way to do it , if am not wrong , mbot picking all the sox items
