How to remove this on a car?

so i got the lamborghini murcilagao roadster 1.8million dollars and i painted it matte black but when i bought the car it came with orange letters on the car saying lP 640 and near the bottom of the car is like dark orange how do i remove that?

I personally think dat der shud be "LP 650-4" vinyls to make it special and different from other cars bcoz it was the first Tier 3 roadster in nfsw
