How to Drop Full Def Item!

Hello I made a dekaron server and i made a dekaron char and i open openconsole then i drop item index like 63583 ok i make it divine but its not full def some of the servers use dekaron char,dev and drop a full def or full crit can someone tell me how to do that thank you. . .:(:(

and how to drop like dn ring and dn wings
