how to send packet with Empty effect ??

for example the riding skill send effect of riding with number 0. i don't want that 0 ^^ any help ?

no no i am not talking about that. let me explain it again to you. if u r using mana bs server going to send effect packet with number x which is the amount of increased mana and that's good but if you are using riding skill it send effect with number 0 which is wrong. got it ?
