question about getting database

Hi all,just wondering how people gets original database from Sro,i mean they pay for it?they stole it?

People from ecsro made it,but they don´t have the whole thing,so that make me guess they just stole it or something.

Soo that mean they don´t buyed all data?

They bought a offer for Joymax like Al database 3000$ and just till Roc 1500$

That maybe means i can get only jangan database fro 50$?? XDDDDD cap lvl 20!!

As far as i know if ocean would hire few good coders they could easily update the server.. add europe open skills etc. couse everything is in the files just need to be found and used.... but why to bother? u pay him enough money he dont need to update anything or so.. maybe when he will decide to build or buy himself a new house

was just a question i know established servers don´t grow fast if money come.

If you had the database that is 1/2 things which you need to get it running, the database is just the holder of all the info basically.
