EDIT:Oh i tried it on windows 7 x64 bit but it got an error it worked on windows xp but not in windows 7 x64 bit idk if it works on on windows 7 x32 bit cause i dont have it

Which service pack and which .net framework version do you have?

You need a lover version for your .NET version. 3.5 should work on XP.
