After the scan result I'm not even thinking on running the file. It's definitively not a false scan result. And it isn't scanning mistakes caused by a executable packer because it has none. So what do we have left? A malware? ;)

And you're right about that the majority of the tools are clean but the "Howto" executable isn't part of any tool, it's compiled as it is, and that's the file I'm talking about. The people who use it are most likely to post on the forums after a time that their characters have gone.

Just don't open.
