Date of returned warrior when GT's available

Hello guys I need the date of when the returned warrior event was on where we were able to receive the gold tickets and what the conditions were of getting it.

lvl 90 min , was on aout/september 2012 ( not sure but in summer for sure ) .

Requirement for Gold Ticket was Lv. 91. And as far as I remember it was in septembre.

I didn't got one with my Lv. 90 Elementalist.
