You need to say that you absolutly need a International Community Manager of Bigpoint, They don't have choose to refer the ticket to him .. It's only one person that can give you your drones .. Also, you don't have the choose to contact the support OF YOUR SERVER, it's important for the process .. Trust me..

It's the only one from the support who is paid to manage tickets .. You will have a lot of chance to get it from him ..

DRs so i dont have to contact the support from my server or do i have to contact support through another server

#EDIT this is what they told me its in spanish but they just said that they couldent return the drone

So .. I think it's the end, It will be hard for you to enter in contact with the PDG of Bigpoint .. (It's just a small joke ..)


But you will need buy news drones .. They know that you don't having CPU on your config and it's difficult to prouve that it's a bug or what ever ..

hmm they havent asnwerd me in a long time now i dont know what there doing is it possible for me to contact support thru other language and get my drones back?
