using paypal to pay

Since there has been a bunch of problems with sellers having to pay for a charge on exchange rates etc when asking for euros.

I decided to make this guide on how the buyers choose the option to pay the exchange rate so the seller gets the appropriate amount of money, and their asking price.

- Click send money the menu below will pop up.
- Enter the email address of the receiver.
- Enter the amount.
- Enter the currency.
- Click Im sending money to family and friends.
- Finally hit continue

- Click I will pay the fee
- The arrow pointing to other conversion options is if you want your banks or credit cards exchange rate
- In the message section write what you purchased or what the money was for.

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

- This is what the other conversion options menu looks like
- Choose whichever suits you I always opt to use my credit card conversion rate as paypals always seems off.

I am pretty sure you have to pay the exchange rate fee no matter what, unless the money in your paypal or country currency is already in the currency you're paying in.

yes shure - u have to pay the currency fee - but no other things to pay (1,9% "taxes" from paypal).
u dont pay nothing if u send as gift in the same currency....

so where you choose how to send as a gift as I must have missed something cause I don't think their is a gift option anymore.

i must look in my paypal for this, perhaps - they deleted this option - last year i did a few transaktions with this option....
