I Cant Open

Hey Guys I Am Trying To Open My Server DNS But It Getts Lag And When A Press /etc/rc.d/netif restart it says connect : i can't assing requested adress
DHCPREQUEST on emO to 255.255.255,255 port 67 what should i do; please help me :/

yes and no its not hamachi with hamachi i dont have this problems...
