If you like having a perma ban go ahead. TP in dungeons makes no sense..no dungeons bosses are soloable...at least not anymore. Secondly if you were in a party, you would be tping and some will report you. It's different doing it on the map as people will either think you logged back on in that area or used a wp.

If you do it way too quick, they will "probably" see that from a log file.Quote:

How quick they react and investigate is kind of random, so you "might" get away with it, or get banned right away.
If you have a Group of Bots, you can farm with teleport hacks quite handy, if they ever get suspicious, its easy to identify a cheating behaviour in that way.
Simply depends if that happens, and if, when it happens (depending on how extrem its done, grinding non-stop dungeons with a group of teleporting bots, that might be super suspicious).
Simply doing a dungeon with a teleporthack might not be a major problem, as long as you know the people and they dont report you (as getting reported is the no.1 reason to get banned behind anything else).

What I'm most intrested in: Do they have Log files for Dungeons or anything similar? Cuz that makes absolutely no sense to me, they protect their Dungeons but nothing else?

No one cares about one person and will read any logs... there are too much other players and problems. Dont get reportet and u will be fine

In fact anet has a rating / infraction system and an anticheat system. Whether specific actions will trigger these protections is quite another question and probably not possible to answere easily.
Now regarding logs: Anet logs many many many things and its likely that they also make use of these logs. Check out Log analysis - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia if your really interessted in how this can be done effeciently. btw: They MUST check important logs just to fix bugs, crashes, exploits etc.
