Client problem

Hi all !
I have a problem that when I change the language of the Client from German or English or any other language that starts from the right to the left to my language strange letters come out,but then I figured that I must change the locale.cfg numbers to the numbers that support my client and when I change them the words get out of their places , a picture of it : [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
I think that the problem is that the letters place starts from the left to the right according to the language of it , how do I make it from the right to the left?
P.S : also when I open a quest the letters go out of the quest box.
P.S 2 : If someone German doesn't understand English well but know the solution of the problem please tell him about it , I will be very thankful!

Yes I did but then I opened another Thread by mistake :) sorry for that.
It's any client that it's language starts from the left to the right like : German,English,Italian and other.
