how the payment works ? give account to middlemen 1st ? then wait they pay and middleman will gives the account to the buyer ?

The seller and the buyer send everything to the MiddleMan. If it's all right, the middleman give the money to the seller and the account to the buyer. That's all, simple to understand. ;)

If the MM gets the account he will do it on his mail... and he will save the money...
If all is okay the MM will do the e-mail change with the buyer and you will get your money :)
