I won the tournament but i haven't received any item, why?

You always must insert the "Count" in the Rewards if it is set to 0 you won't get the prize no matter if you insert the ID of the prize. You should set the Count to 1 or higher.

Nope, with Happy Tool.

You must have a big screen to see the windows or you simpy flip/rotate the screen in Vertical ^^
