I dont think that someone would trade an Account on which he actually had to play a lot to get the requirments for a PBE Account on which you just had to wait some time and buy your Stuff.

He only has 4 Posts now, all are the Same Topic and overall the Same.
He just always reopens a Thread with it.
In his Last Thread I did give him similar Advices, but he closed it right after and it got deleted some minutes later.
I dont think, that he will change his Behaviour. But I actually hope it, and that he can actually get his Sales done in the correct Way.

And push it every 24 Hours. Will be better, since it has no sense if you just reopen Thread after Thread in every Section you find.
