How to manually feed a Spirit weapon efficiently:
1) Before you go to class,school, work, or sleep - put out your ego weapon, or if you've already had it hungry, feed it to happy state.
2) AFK
3) After coming back, feed your ego to happy state - (After it's fully starved)
4) Repeat steps 1-3
This is how I did it for 3 years.
