1) What exact file you mean with 1)? mob_drop_item.txt?
2) Do you want to know what you need to change the exp u get for killing mobs or the max-exp you need to get a levelup?

1) I'm very sorry, I just can explain you the mob_drop_item.txt and the common_drop_item.txt, I just know: You can leave the etc_drop_item.txt empty :D
2) For this, you need a EXP-Changer. A few are released here on EPvP.
