How to do Side Step Sieging/Siegekit ?

1. Can anyone tell me how to do this? i mean with this i think u can run and buff urself with a siegekit,
2. And i was 1shotted by an acc RL's doomblast but he was in run mode Oo
can anyone tell me how to do this? so i dont have to put out my SK
