Hello, If I get scammed how can I get back money? money wasn't sent as gift.
I can Refuse it but how to do it? Can someone write me the steps?

Hey buddy if you go to paypal.com and login, There is a tab called "resolution center" you go there and dispute your case. If you can't find "resolution center" post back and i'll let you know how specifically step by step.

They don't cover anything virtual, they even say so in their "Buyer Protection".
